Shipping
Braincandy currently only offers shipping to U.S.A. and Canada. Special arrangements can be made on select products for international shipping by calling 1.800.725.9070 x2. Braincandy also offers incentive shipping to customers who purchase items within given ranges, see below for more information.

Calculating Costs
Braincandy uses a progressive shipping model based on defined ranges.

Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

We usually have a very quick turn around on new product. Some logo merchandise may take a bit more time due to inventory and availability. Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Returns will be accepted on a limited basis, with return authorization number. Please contact Braincandy at 1.866.725.9070 x3 for RA number.
